Cuisine

Also anything but rough is the cuisine, where complimentary selections of BC wines, cheeses and hors d'oeuvres are the prelude to your evening. The Main house serves as the social center where you can make yourself at home. On Saturday evenings you can enjoy Taya's fixed-price four-course dinner, Sunshine Coast seafood and Italian specialties using only the finest local produce served family style with a view of the ocean from the outdoor dining deck. Four course picnic baskets are also available upon request.

Breakfast

The breakfast basket delivered to your room or if preferred served on any of the many terraces includes artisan breads, homemade jams from the neighboring orchard, and vintage marmalades. To compliment the warm baked goods, is organic yogurt accompanied with balsamic soaked strawberries or rose water, honey dipped pistachio nuts. An added decadence is the warmed milk to dilute the finest teas and coffees collected from your hosts many travels.

Lunch

Upon request we will prepare a picnic basket for eat in or takeaway. Your four course picnic basket includes appetizer, salad, sandwich, dessert and drink. Selections include Vegetarian, Seafood or Meat choices. Price for two is $50.00. Corresponding wines also available for additional charge.

Dinner

On Saturday evenings you can enjoy Taya's fixed-price four-course dinner, Sunshine Coast seafood and Italian specialties using only the finest local produce served family style with a view of the ocean from the outdoor dining deck. Price for two $100. Wine can be brought in by the guests. Notice needs to be given one day in advance.
