Artisan shopping, is one of the primary activities, though anything is possible, from a nature walk, a round of golf or an ocean kayak excursion to one of the many neighboring islands and beyond. Idleness, of course, isn't frowned upon, just lounging on the decks overlooking the gardens and view.

As for the location, it's central to Gibson's attractions with Molly's Reach and Flora's Float as a must. Smitty's Oyster Bar flanks the Marina, and is a worthy entry for the best fresh seafood, though the immediate neighborhood offers plenty of other restaurant options, as well as shops and galleries.
